Organize coaching shifts, set student capacity caps, assign teachers, and configure automated routine syncing.
1. Configuring Capacity & Class Timing
Set maximum capacity limits on each batch to prevent classroom overcrowding. When a batch reaches 100% capacity, the system displays a warning badge during new student allocations.
2. Linking Batches with Student Portals
Once a batch is scheduled, the class timetable automatically updates on the Student Dashboard (`student.docentbase.com/routine`) for all enrolled students.
