Every team member has granular access tailored to their operational duty:

- 1Owner / Admin (org:admin): Full control over billing, settings, staff, and records.
- 2Operations Manager (org:manager): Batch planning, student directory, attendance overrides.
- 3Academic Teacher (org:teacher): Taking attendance, rating homework, entering exam marks for assigned batches.
- 4Receptionist (org:receptionist): Student check-in, guardian inquiries, join-request reviews.
- 5Accountant (org:accountant): Payment hub, fee receipts, offline cash logging, expense exports.
